In memory of and to honor James Jenkins, of Columbus, Ohio, who gave his life trying to save five-year-old Elijah Walker from drowning in icy cold waters.

Jenkins was just driving by and saw the child, who'd fallen through thin ice, struggling in a pond. The water was just too cold - police and rescue personnel struggled as well - Jenkins succumbed, still holding the unconscious boy up, trying to keep him above the water. Elijah passed three days later.
